For our delayed shipping option, select 'Delayed Shipping' in the CART and tell us your preferred week of delivery within 90 days. We recommend booking your delivery for the week before your tiling is scheduled to start.
Our website processes orders as soon as they are placed, allowing us to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. That means, once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund for change of mind.
To help with the decision-making process, we recommend you make the most of our 5 samples for $15 service, so you know exactly what you are getting before you place your tile order.
Whilst we can't offer a refund for a change of mind, we are happy to facilitate an exchange on all in stock tiles, within 30 days of delivery. Excluding TileCloud tiles.
Boxes must be full and unopened.
Return shipping to one of the TileHaus warehouses in Auckland is to be arranged and paid for in full by the customer.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all exchanges.

For peace of mind, all our tiles come with a 10 Year Guarantee. Our guarantee covers the performance of the tiles from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers the cost of the tiles and reasonable installation costs of the tiles. TileHaus Limited is not liable for loss of profit or any consequential damages.
To qualify for a guarantee, the selection and laying of the tiles should be conducted in accordance with current tiling standards and accepted tiling practice.
Claims must include a copy of the purchase invoice and a statement made in writing to email@example.com.
